From the moment I arrived, the manager was responsive and accommodating. the loft style studio I stayed in was not only immaculately clean, but also beautifully modern. the location within the Old Town was ideal - close to everything I wanted to see, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Despite some reviews mentioning the stairs, I found them manageable, even as an older guest. the owner, Ivan, was incredibly helpful and even provided transportation to and from the airport. the small touches, like a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, made my stay even more comfortable. the shower was also excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Split.
Nothing it was perfect! ✨

I've stayed here many times and would definitely recommend it. the rooms are spacious and offer a great city view, which is a nice touch 😊. One thing that could make this place even better is having central heating, an iron, and a work desk in the rooms.

Stayed in a room with a view on the 5th floor, felt like climbing Everest! But worth it for the amazing location and the modern bathroom with smoke towels. Ivan was such a helper!
Who needs a lift when you can get your daily exercise climbing all those stairs? So exciting!

I keep coming back for my stays because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a TV, and a kitchen with cookware. The staff even helped me print important documents. The VIP check-in/out and shuttle service are perfect for my romantic escapes. No regrets!
